Nanga Parbat (8,126m) 1st winter.

Alex Txikon, Ali Sadpara and Simone Moro managed to reach the summit of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m) and sign the first winter in the history of “the murderous mountain” as the Germans nickname it. Along with K2, they were the only two eight-thousanders that refused to allow us to reach it in the coldest time of the year and in the most extreme conditions. Nanga Parbat, located at the western end of the Himalayas, is the ninth highest mountain in the world and the second highest in Pakistan. Thus, a new page is opened in the history of mountaineering.
